Political cooperation after 1989

In September 2016 at the margins of the United Nations General Assembly Undersecretary of State Joanna Wronecka held a meeting with the Permanent Representative of Palau to the United Nations, Caleb otto. In October 2016 Polish Ambassador Paweł Milewski visited Palau. In January 2017 Palau has informed about their support for Poland as a UN Security Council candidate.
