Mr Tomasz Sadziński, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Poland to the State of Qatar

Tomasz Sadziński, a career diplomat, as of September 2025 Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Poland to the State of Qatar. From October 2024 he held the position of the Head of Mission of the Republic of Poland in Doha in the capacity of chargé d'affaires a.i. Previously, he served as Deputy Director of the Department of Economic Cooperation, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland. He was responsible for supporting Poland’s economic cooperation with partners in Eastern Europe, Central Asia, Asia and the Pacific, as well as Africa and the Middle East.

From 2019 till 2022 he was the Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Doha. Prior to that he worked in various capacities at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland related to strategic planning, risk management, internal communications as well as economic diplomacy. He also held positions in Polish diplomatic missions in Belgium (2003-2004) and Kuwait (2005-2009).

He is a graduate of the University of Warsaw majoring in International Relations (2003).
He completed the diplomatic and consular course at the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland (2005). Additionally, he holds the Postgraduate Diploma in Management, University of Warsaw (2011) and the Postgraduate Diploma
in Diplomatic Studies, University of Oxford (2012).

Married with three children. He speaks English, German and French.
