The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Doha wishes to emphasize that its Consular Section does not cooperate with any commercial visa or employment agencies in the acceptance or processing of visa applications. Any such entities are unauthorized to arrange visa appointments or influence consular decisions in any manner. The Embassy does not recommend the use of intermediaries, as their involvement does not lead to preferential treatment or expedited procedures.

In particular the Embassy notes with concern the emergence of unauthorized contact information published on various online platforms, falsely suggesting affiliation with the Embassy. In this context the Embassy reiterates the importance of using only official communication channels, as listed on its official website. They exclude the use of internet-based messaging platforms. 

Please be advised that only the Consul is authorized to assess visa applications and make decisions in this regard. The only official cost associated with the visa process is the visa fee charged by the Consulate.

Visa appointments must be scheduled exclusively via the Embassy’s official e-consulate platform at:  https://secure2.e-konsulat.gov.pl

Applicants are required to submit their application in person at the Embassy and must be the individual to whom the visa pertains.
