Investment details and joint projects to promote Polish food products on the Qatari market were some of the topics touched upon during the meeting with a board member of one of the biggest supermarket chains in the Persian Gulf.

The Embassy of Poland in Doha and its consular section will both be closed to the public on 1st and 2nd November 2023.

Sheikha Al Mayassa Bint Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani received the Medal for Merit to Culture – Gloria Artis from the hands of the Ambassador of the Republic of Poland for significant achievements in the development of Polish-Qatari cooperation in the field of culture. The distinction was awarded by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani patronised on Monday the opening ceremony of Expo 2023 Doha in the presence of a number of dignitaries and representatives from various countries. Under the theme "Green Desert, Better Environment, Expo 2023 Doha will be held until March 2024.

On the centenary of the artist's birth, the Polish Embassy in Doha organized an exhibition in the hall of the prestigious Ritz-Carlton hotel.

This year's edition of the Forum was marked by the participation of IT and energy sectors leaders as well as thorough panel discussions which focused on the very current topic of One True Data.

The promotion of the 4th edition of the Qatar-Poland New Tech Forum 2023 and the exhibition of Jerzy Nowosielski's works were the main topics of the meeting with representatives of the main Qatari media. Aspects of developing economic cooperation and historical diplomacy were also briefly discussed.
