NOTICE - consular duty sessions for visa and legal matters
18.03.2026
The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Doha informs that it is currently operating under special operational conditions. In line with the recommendations of the Qatari authorities, the shelter in place guidance and the need to limit movement to the absolute minimum remain in force.
Under these conditions, the following consular duty sessions are planned:
I. 24 March 2026, 12:00–14:00 – visa matters
During this duty session, applicants may:
• collect documents, including visa decisions and passports held in deposit at the Embassy,
• submit applications for reconsideration of negative visa decisions.
At the same time, a limited number of visa appointment slots has been opened in the e-Konsulat system for 24 March 2026 for:
• spouses of Polish / EU citizens,
• family members of Polish / EU citizens.
These appointment slots will be available for:
• Schengen visa applications for the purpose of visiting family members,
• long-term national visa applications for purposes other than employment or studies.
II. 25 March 2026, 12:00–14:00 – legal matters
Appointments for legal matters should be booked through the e-Konsulat system.
For organizational and security reasons, the Embassy is not in a position to admit more than six persons at the same time. If a larger number of applicants arrive, additional persons may be asked to come back later, at short intervals indicated by the Embassy staff.
Visitors are kindly requested to come in person only where it is genuinely necessary.
The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Doha reserves the right to amend or cancel these duty sessions at any time, depending on the security situation.
Further updates will be provided through the Embassy’s official communication channels.
