Poland in Qatar

Following the decisions of the Qatari authorities to resume on-site work for public sector employees, the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Doha kindly informs that, as of 29 March 2026, it will resume operations in accordance with its previously established schedule.

At the same time, we would like to emphasise that the Embassy continues to operate with enhanced precautionary measures in place.

In view of the current security situation and specific organisational constraints, we kindly request that you:

• attend the Embassy strictly at your scheduled appointment time,

• do not arrive before the designated time,

• follow all instructions given by Embassy staff.

Please be reminded that all visits require prior appointment booking through the e-Konsulat system, with the exception of:

• collection of documents,

• submission of applications for reconsideration of visa decisions,

• submission of additional documents,

which are handled from Sunday to Wednesday between 13:00 and 14:30.

The Consular Section also accepts appointments via the e-Konsulat system for selected categories of visa applications (including work visas), as well as passport and legal matters, in line with current organisational capacity.

We kindly ask you to continue following the current security guidance issued by the Qatari authorities. In the event of any significant change in circumstances, the Embassy will promptly take appropriate measures, including adjusting service procedures or cancelling previously scheduled appointments.
