On 24 November, the Embassy organized the Poland–Qatar Investment Forum. The event, held at the Andaz Doha by Hyatt Hotel, brought together more than 140 participants, including 60 representatives from Poland representing 35 companies from the energy, new technologies, food, infrastructure, professional services, and tourism sectors.

The Forum was opened by Ambassador Tomasz Sadziński. The opening remarks were also delivered by the CEO of Invest Qatar, Sheikh Ali Alwaleed Al Thani; Deputy Chairman of PAIH, Łukasz Gwiazdowski; member of the Qatari Businessmen Association, Sheikh Mansoor Bin Jassim Al Thani; and Joanna Makowiecka-Gaździk, President of the Employers of Poland.

During the meeting, several agreements were signed to strengthen the framework of Poland–Qatar economic cooperation. Invest Qatar and PAIH concluded an MoU covering information exchange, support for investment processes, and promotional activities. The Qatari Businessmen Association and the Employers of Poland signed a memorandum focused on expanding contacts and initiating economic cooperation. Additionally, a letter of intent was signed between the Polish fund TMS Venture Value and Qatari investor Sheikh Mohammed Bin Ali Al Thani, establishing cooperation under the Qatar Investment Authority’s fund program.

The Forum provided an excellent platform for the Embassy to showcase success stories in Poland–Qatar economic relations. On the initiative of the Embassy, Coastal Holding CEO Nishada Azeema and Jakub Rachfalik, Managing Director at New Styl and co-organizer of the Forum, were recognized for their contributions to the development of bilateral relations, with awards presented by the President of PAIH. Institutional and business partners (Employers of Poland, Invest Qatar, PAIH) also presented development prospects and investment opportunities in key sectors of the Polish economy, including energy, new technologies, real estate, transport, and hospitality.

The institutional partners of the Poland–Qatar Investment Forum were Invest Qatar, the Qatari Businessmen Association, the Employers of Poland, and PAIH. The event was co-financed by the Ministry of Development and Technology.

Leading Qatari media outlets—including The Peninsula, Gulf Times, Qatar Tribune, Doha News (https://www.facebook.com/dohanews/videos/the-poland-qatar-investment-forum-was-held-in-doha-on-monday-gathering-a-wider-a/3272653876008136/), as well as the Arabic-language Al-Watan and Al-Sharq—published extensive articles on the Forum, highlighting the signing of new agreements and the growing interest of business communities on both sides.
