Poland in Qatar

The Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to the State of Qatar, Tomasz Sadziński, took part in a meeting of Heads of Mission of EU Member States represented in Doha, held at the Embassy of Ukraine on the occasion of the 4th anniversary of the launch of Russia’s illegal, full-scale aggression against Ukraine. The ambassadors of Canada and Moldova also attended the event.

Participants expressed their support for the heroic defense of Ukrainian territory, condemned Russia’s criminal attacks on civilian infrastructure, and reaffirmed their readiness to continue assisting Ukraine in the diplomatic, financial, military, and humanitarian dimensions. They also reiterated their unwavering support for Ukraine’s sovereignty, territorial integrity, and independence, as well as its right to live in peace within borders recognized under international law. Appreciation was expressed for the constructive engagement of the State of Qatar in efforts to facilitate the return of Ukrainian children illegally deported to Russian territory to their families.

The Head of the Polish diplomatic mission stressed that Poland will remain consistent in its comprehensive support for Ukraine and will continue efforts aimed at stopping the aggression and achieving a just and lasting peace in accordance with international law.
