Polish delegation during Web Summit 2026

On 1–4 February, the 3rd edition of Web Summit Qatar took place in Doha, bringing together global representatives of the innovation ecosystem, startups, investors and public institutions. The event was attended by participants from Polish research institutions and technology companies.

Among those present were representatives of the National Science Centre, the Łukasiewicz Research Network, the National Centre for Research and Development, the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange and the Conference of Rectors of Academic Schools in Poland, as well as Polish companies developing solutions in AI, voice technologies, digital health and inclusive communication, including ElevenLabs, MIGAM, AdTonos, Aithernal, GosiaGenomics, Nexia Global and Espeo Software.

Speakers from Poland featured in the programme included Prof. Andrzej Szeptycki, Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, and Mateusz Staniszewski, co-founder of ElevenLabs.

The Polish community’s presence at the event was complemented by a networking reception held on 3 February at the Residence of the Ambassador of Poland, fostering connections between representatives of academia, business and the startup sector.
