Poland in Qatar

On 18 September 2026, the community of the Polish School in Qatar officially inaugurated the new 2026/2027 school year.

The ceremony was attended by the Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to the State of Qatar, Tomasz Sadziński, and Vice-Consul Piotr Kuchta.

In his remarks, Ambassador Tomasz Sadziński thanked everyone contributing to the school’s success and continued development. He wished the volunteer teachers, parents and students a successful school year filled with achievements, satisfaction and the joy of learning.

This year’s inauguration was particularly special, as for the first time in the history of the Polish School in Qatar, students took part in a formal school pledge ceremony. Representatives of the Polish Embassy participated in the ceremony and also signed the school’s commemorative book.

The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Doha wishes the entire school community a successful and rewarding 2026/2027 school year!
