Poland in Qatar

On 28 April 2026, Ambassador of Poland H.E. Mr Tomasz Sadziński visited the Shafallah Center for Persons with Disabilities as part of a tour organised by the EU Delegation in Doha. He met with Ms Fatima Saeed Al Saadi, the Centre’s Executive Director, as well as with staff members, and took part in activities prepared for the children who benefit from the Centre’s services. The Ambassador also toured its well-equipped library. During the visit he presented gifts and Polish information brochures to the young beneficiaries and discussed preliminary ideas for supporting the institution, including establishing cooperation with partners in Poland.

Founded in 1999, the Shafallah Center currently cares for more than 600 children and young people up to the age of 21.
