Making translations
Where to apply?
You can apply at a selected Polish consular office which provides translations from the language of the document.
The consul may refuse to perform an action if its performance would require disproportionately large expenditure and there are other options for performing the action that are easily accessible to the applicant (Act of June 25, 2015, Consular Law, Art. 35. 2. 3).
Do I have to apply in person?
You can submit the documents personally or send them by post.
How to book an appointment?
You can book your appointment via the e-konsulat system.
What documents do I need to submit?
The document you want the consul to translate.
The consul translates documents from Polish into Arabic and from Arabic into Polish.
How much does it cost?
The fee for each commenced page is in accordance with the table of consular fees.
What is the waiting time?
The consul translates the document without undue delay, but not later than 30 days from the filing date.

How to collect the documents?
Personally. You can also ask to have the documents delivered by post if you pay the postage.
How to appeal?
If the translation is refused, the consul will issue a decision. You can appeal against the decision to the Minister of Foreign Affairs within 7 days. You can lodge the appeal through the consul who had issued the decision.
