Dear Clients,
The Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland hereby informs applicants that, effective 1 September 2026, only original documents and high-resolution colour copies of supporting documents will be accepted as part of all applications. Black-and-white copies will not be accepted. Applicants who fail to provide the required documents at the time of their appointment will be unable to submit their application and will be required to schedule a new appointment.
