Ambassador Karolina Ostrzyniewska visited Gothenburg

The Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to Sweden, Ms. Karolina Ostrzyniewska, visited Gothenburg, meeting with representatives of regional and local authorities, academic institutions, and business leaders.
During the visit, Ambassador Ostrzyniewska held discussions with Mr. Sten Tolgfors, Governor of Västra Götaland Region; Mr. Aslan Akbas, Mayor of Gothenburg; and Ms. René Bengtsson, Chair of the Västra Götaland Regional Council.
She also met with the leadership of Chalmers University of Technology, the University of Gothenburg, and representatives of Business Region Gothenburg.
The Ambassador visited GoCo Health Innovation City, AstraZeneca, and the Polish company Klima Therm.
Mr. Göran Hult, Honorary Consul of the Republic of Poland in Gothenburg, accompanied the Ambassador during her meetings.
The discussions focused on Polish-Swedish political and economic cooperation at the regional and local levels, as well as the potential to increase Poland’s presence in the city and region.
