Meeting of Legal Advisers of the Council of the Baltic Sea States in Stockholm

On 6 May 2026, Deputy Foreign Minister Artur Harazim chaired a meeting of the Legal Advisers of the Council of the Baltic Sea States (CBSS) in Stockholm.
The discussions focused on growing threats to maritime security, with particular attention to the practices of the so-called shadow fleet / scrap fleet and the protection of critical infrastructure in the Baltic Sea. Experts examined existing legal instruments and possible ways to strengthen them in order to more effectively address these challenges.
