Off-site meeting of EU Heads of Missions and European Days in Lund

On 23-24 September 2025, Ambassador Karolina Ostrzyniewska took part in an off-site meeting of the Heads of Missions of EU member states and candidate countries in Lund, organised by the Embassy of the Kingdom of Denmark in Sweden.
The visit included participation in the annual European Days (EU Days), organised by the Representation of the European Commission in Sweden. Speaking together with the Ambassadors of Denmark and Ireland during the panel discussion “A strong, competitive and resilient EU” at EU Days, Ambassador Ostrzyniewska addressed the challenges facing the European Union in the context of planned and ongoing initiatives aimed at strengthening its resilience and competitiveness in the face of contemporary crises.
The Heads of Missions also visited the Öresund Bridge, which has connected Denmark and Sweden for 25 years; the multidisciplinary research facility European Spallation Source (where Poland is one of 13 co-financing countries of the project); as well as the production facilities of Tetra Pak AB and Ericsson AB.
