Visit of State Secretary of the MFA, Mr Marcin Bosacki, to Stockholm

Mr Marcin Bosacki, State Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland, held political consultations with Swedish partners in Stockholm and, together with Sweden's Deputy Minister of Culture, Karin Svanborg-Sjövall, officially inaugurated the new premises of the Polish Institute.
State Secretary Bosacki conducted consultations with Mr. Magnus Hjort, Head of the Swedish Psychological Defence Agency, on countering foreign information manipulation and interference (FIMI). He also met with Niclas Kvarnström, Adviser to the Prime Minister of Sweden on National Security, and Christian Danielsson, State Secretary for EU Affairs at the Swedish Prime Minister’s Office. The visit also included a working lunch with Anna Wieslander, Director for Northern Europe at the Atlantic Council.
The main topics of the meetings in the Swedish capital focused on the further development of strategic Polish-Swedish relations, including security in the Baltic Sea region, as well as transatlantic relations, support for Ukraine, enlargement policy, and other key issues on the current international agenda.
During the inauguration of the new premises of the Polish Institute in Stockholm, State Secretary Bosacki expressed his hope that the Institute would become a center of creativity and artistic cooperation for creators from both countries.
