How to make an appointment in the consulate?

To book an appointment at the consulate, please register at www.e-konsulat.gov.pl.

Select the service from the menu on the left and complet the appointment booking form. If the system does not show a date you want, it means there are no slots available on that date or the Consular Section is closed.

New appointments for visa submission are opened every Monday (national visa D) or Wednesday (Schengen visa)  from 10.00-10.30 a.m. local time.  

New appointments for legal issues are opened every Tuesday from 10.00-10.30 a.m. local time.

After you choose the appointment date and complete the online application, the system will generate a pdf of the application form with a specific time of your appointment. Please print the application form, sign it and bring with you for the appointment along with necessary supporting documents. List of required documents is available here:

In the e-konsulat system, you can fill out the application form in Polish or English. If you would like to see a Thai translation of the form, we can provide it in the Embassy or through e-mail.
