Celebrating Independence Day

Several hundred members of the Polish community in Dubai celebrated Independence Day at the invitation of the Polish Embassy in Abu Dhabi. The event took place in Dubai, at the Polonia restaurant – the first place in the UAE where you can taste Polish culinary delicacies. The evening was graced by a concert by Polish jazz singer Krystyna Baran, who performed well-known Polish songs, and a prize draw funded by sponsors (SERGAS and LOT Polish Airlines). The reception was attended by about 200 guests, including members of the Polish community and business representatives from Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah, as well as a member of the royal family of the Emirate of Sharjah.
