On February 16, 2026, political consultations were held in Warsaw with the participation of Wojciech Zajączkowski, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland, and Lana Nusseibeh, Minister of State for Political Affairs of the United Arab Emirates. The meeting focused on Poland's relations with the UAE, including the prospects for developing broad bilateral cooperation, as well as the current situation in Ukraine and the Persian Gulf region. Minister Lana Nusseibeh also held talks with Deputy Prime Minister Radosław Sikorski, whom she also met with during the Munich Security Conference concluded last weekend.

Minister of Education of Poland Barbara Nowacka attended the latest edition of the World Governments Summit in Dubai. During the summit, she participated in the high-level panel on the educational challenges in the era of modern technologies, and held meetings with the Emirati Minister of Education, Sarah bint Yousef Al Amiri, and Artificial Intelligence, Omar Sultan Al Olama, as well as with the directors of the Polish Language Center in Dubai "Fraza”.

Grzegorz Gawin, the Permanent Representative of Poland to the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) , is participating in the 16. session of the IRENA Assembly in Abu Dhabi.
