Changes regarding issuing business Schengen visa to enter Poland

Please be informed that from October 16th 2021 it will again be possible to submit Schengen business visa applications (type C-04). The applicant must have an invitation from a Polish company which is registered in Krajowy Rejestr Sądowy or in Centralna Ewidencja i Informacja o Działalności Gospodarczej.
Attention: The documents mentioned above (as well as all other required documents) should be presented to the Border Guard Officer when crossing the border.
