Ladies and Gentlemen, fellow Poles, 11 November marks the 103rd anniversary of Poland regaining independence. It is a day justly celebrated by Poles around the world. Independence is the supreme value which past generations of Poles fought for. Today, it is something to be cherished and constantly strengthened, because we know the price that was paid all too well. On this National Independence Day, may our daily work, wherever we live, help strengthen the position and glory of our Republic.

Embassy of Poland will be closed on Thursday, November 11th in observance of Independance Day in Poland.

In observance of All Saints Day celebrated in Poland on November 1st, Embassy of Poland in Abu Dhabi will be closed

Due to Prophet Muhammad birthday, Embassy of Poland in Abu Dhabi will be closed on Thursday, October 21st, 2021.

Please be informed that from October 16th 2021 it will again be possible to submit Schengen business visa applications (type C-04). The applicant must have an invitation from a Polish company which is registered in Krajowy Rejestr Sądowy or in Centralna Ewidencja i Informacja o Działalności Gospodarczej.

Please be advised that every citizen of the Republic of Poland and foreigner entitled to participate in the National Immunization Program, who received vaccination against COVID-19 (one or two doses) outside the country, with a vaccine recognized by EU (Pfizer / BioNTech, Moderna, AstraZeneka and Johnson & Johnson), can register this vaccination in a National Vaccination Registration system maintained in the e-Health system (P1) by reporting it in a selected vaccination points.

The charging fees issues for educational services by public universities are regulated in the Act of 20 July 2018, Law on Higher Education and Science, and in the case of non-public universities, they result from the internal regulations of these universities.

Embassy of Poland will be closed on August 15th in observance of Armed Forces Day

Recently, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been receiving reports of phone scams in which fraudsters claim to be either MFA’s employees or employees of Polish missions abroad to get the call recipients perform certain actions, especially money transfers. Usually, during the phone conversation scammers will inform you that you have failed to follow certain procedures or provided partial or false data while filling out forms, which will allegedly bring about legal consequences.
