Poland in the UAE

The Emirate of Sharjah was the Guest of Honour at the Warsaw International Book Fair, which took place this year from 28 to 31 May at PGE Narodowy. The rich and varied programme served as an invitation to engage more closely with the literature and culture of Sharjah and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), as well as to discover how much scope for understanding and dialogue between cultures the written word offers.
