Odyseusz – Travel Safely with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The new version of the Odyseusz system is now available. Starting June 30, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs provides travelers with a comprehensive set of information necessary before departure, all in one place.
Thanks to the new version of the Odyseusz system, Poles traveling abroad now have quick access to reliable information—including updates on the security situation—as well as a tool for effective communication in crisis situations.

What does Odyseusz offer travelers?

• Country and territory profiles with up-to-date safety information and other important details for travelers;
• Subscriptions to alerts about changes to travel advisories;
• Secure travel registration;
• Special crisis registration (activated in emergency situations).

How do you register?

Travelers can register after logging in via mObywatel, Profil Zaufany, e-ID, or online banking.
This ensures that data is protected, and the form is kept to a minimum—most information is filled in automatically. All you need to do is specify your destination, travel dates, and contact information.
After entering the destination, the system suggests the correct location, displays it on a map, and automatically shows the current Ministry of Foreign Affairs warning level.

Information During the Trip

After registration, the user receives notifications regarding the country they are traveling to. In the event of a crisis, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs can activate a special module that enables two-way communication with travelers, allows them to request necessary assistance, provides information on consular activities—including evacuations—and ensures the efficient management of assistance for citizens.
