Expert's commissions
Pursuant to the Geological and Mining Law (2011), the President of the State Mining Authority established the following special commissions to provide comprehensive opinions on identified natural hazards and their mitigation in mining plants, as well as on risks to public safety arising from the operation of mining plants

Special Commissions are established by orders issued by the President of the State Mining Authority, which are published in the Official Journal of the State Mining Authority.
