Opportunities for cooperation

– We are open to the proposals of cooperation that will allow us to better use the potential of Polish agriculture and rural areas and to respond more efficiently to the challenges facing modern agriculture – assured Minister J. Czerniak.

The World Bank representatives presented the major directions of projects implemented in the field of agriculture as well as the assumptions of the currently prepared strategic documents.

The talks, attended by the representatives of the substantive departments of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, referred to the key challenges facing Poland and the EU in the light of progressive climate change, the EU reduction targets and the need to maintain the competitiveness of the agricultural sector.
