La Pologne en Algérie

L'adhésion de l'Algérie à la CONVENTION de LA HAYE relative à la légalisation des documents prendra effet le 9 juillet 2026. (plus d'informations ici : https://www.hcch.net/fr/states/authorities/details3/?aid=1238)

 

À compter du 09/07/2026, l'APOSTILLE remplacera la légalisation des documents publics délivrés par les autorités algériennes.

 

Les documents publics provenant d'Algérie qui doivent être présentés en Pologne  ne devront plus être légalisés à partir de cette date, mais devront être munis d'une apostille.

 

La procédure de l’apostille concernera dans une première étape, le documents relevant des 5 secteurs suivant :

• Le Ministère de l’Intérieur, des Collectivités Locales et de Transports
• Le Ministère de la Justice
• Le Ministère de l’Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche Scientifique
• Le Ministère de l’Education Nationale
• Le Ministère de la Formation et de l’Enseignement Professionnels.

 

 

 

Algeria’s accession to the HAGUE CONVENTION on the Legalisation of Documents will take effect on 9 July 2026

From 9 July 2026, the APOSTILLE will replace the legalisation of public documents issued by the Algerian authorities.

 

Public documents originating from Algeria that are to be presented in Poland  will no longer need to be legalised from that date, but must bear an apostille.

 

The apostille procedure will initially apply to documents falling within the following five sectors:

•    The Ministry of the Interior, Local Authorities and Transport

•    The Ministry of Justice

•    The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research

•    The Ministry of National Education

•    The Ministry of Vocational Training and Education.
