Conduct procedure before the Polish NCP
The Polish NCP on October 7, 2019 has updated the conduct procedure before the NCP and a notification form on alleged breach of the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.
The notification form of an alleged breach of the OECD Guidelines should be completed in Polish and submitted electronically by sending a notification form to kpk.oecd@miir.gov.pl
