We would like to kindly inform you that on October 7, 2019, the Polish NCP updated the conduct procedure before the NCP and a notification form on alleged breach of the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises. The conduct procedure is also available in languages: Polish, Russian and Ukrainian. 

The notification form of an alleged breach of the OECD Guidelines should be completed in Polish and submitted electronically by sending a notification form to kpk.oecd@miir.gov.pl
