Poland in Armenia

The Consular and Polish Diaspora Division of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Yerevan informs that, starting from 22 April 2026, a new tool will be implemented in the e-consulate registration system (www.e-konsulat.gov.pl) for booking appointments to submit applications for a national visa for work purposes (service type: “National visa – work”) as well as in other cases (service type: “National visa – other”).

This tool includes an online visual verification of the applicant’s identity and their identity document (video verification).

The rules for booking appointments to submit applications for a national visa for study purposes (service type in the e-consulate system: “National visa – students”) remain unchanged (detailed information can be found on the Embassy’s website: https://www.gov.pl/web/armenia-en/d-type-national-visa under the section “How to book an appointment?”).

The new tool will be introduced in order to increasing security and raising the standard of quality of services provided by the Consular and Polish Diaspora Division including shortening the waiting time for an appointment at the Consular Section given the continued high interest in applying for a visa.

The video verification service is provided for a fee of 9,05 EUR by an external entity. The service provider operates a 24/7 technical support (helpdesk) for visa applicants and ensures a high level of security for all processed data.

The application of the person who uses the new tool is directed to the pool of waiting applications, in accordance with current practice.
At the stage of automatic appointment of an assignment, priority is given to the applicants who have passed the video verification process. Other applicants will be scheduled for an appointment at a later date after the pool of applications submitted with the use of video verification is exhausted.
