The ceremony was attended by the EU Ambassador to Armenia Andrea Wiktorin, Chargé d'affaires of the Polish Embassy in Armenia Krzysztof Bartczak, Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Armenia Lena Manushyan and director of the National Center for Disease Prevention and Control Artavazd Vanyan.
