Consular fees

The Consular and Polish Diaspora Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Ottawa and the Consulates General of the Republic of Poland in Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver kindly remind applicants that consular fees are accepted only in the form of cash, money order or certified bank check issued to: Embassy of Republic of Poland in Ottawa, Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Montreal, Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Toronto or Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Vancouver. Only Consulate General in Toronto accepts debit and credit cards except American Express.

In cases handled by mail, fees are accepted only in the form of a money order, online transfer or certified bank check. Personal checks are not accepted. You can find online transfer details here.

The basic fees presented in the table below do not take into account the allowances and exemptions to which you may be entitled under other regulations. Before visiting the consulate, please consult the "Consular Information" tab on our website, where you can find detailed information regarding fees for each type of case ("How much does it cost?").
