Fees
Fees for electronic cigarettes and refill containers submitted since 22nd January 2025:
Pursuant to Article 60(5) of the Act of 15 July 2011 on the professions of nurse and midwife (Journal of Laws of 2022, items 2702 and 2705 and of 2023 items 185 and 1234) it is announced that the average monthly remuneration in the enterprise sector without the payment of bonuses from profits for 2023 reached PLN 8,264.85.
Therefore for:
- Medium-sized enterprises this amount equals to 50% of the base amount, i.e. PLN 4,132.43 for each ID number;
- Small and micro-sized enterprises this amount equals to 30 % of the base amount, i.e.
PLN 2,479.46 for each ID number; - Other enterprises this amount is PLN 8,264.85 for each ID number.
Please, write in the title of bank operation the product ID. The bank transfer details, that are received by the Bureau for Chemical Substances, need to clearly show, that the sender of money is the company, which wants to have their products notified (manufacturer or importer), not other entity.
