The Hospital's Mission Statement

Barrier-free Treatment

defines the Quality Policy, which is achieved on the basis of:

  • providing world-class medical services to those in need, regardless of insurance type, age, gender, or location,
  • accurately diagnosing and treating diseases, restoring and enhancing health, and saving lives, with a focus on meeting patient needs and delivering comprehensive healthcare based on medical knowledge,
  • ensuring the safety and trust of patients and their relatives,
  • respecting Patients' Rights and monitoring patient satisfaction with the services rendered,
  • providing health education and preventive measures,
  • effectively implementing the latest diagnostic and therapeutic solutions, as well as participating in scientific and clinical research,
  • making continuous efforts to become a leader in selected areas of medical services,
  • rationally selecting personnel and enhancing their qualifications in relation to service quality, information security, cyber-security, as well as health and safety,
  • fostering a sense of responsibility among staff for the quality of medical services and patient care under accreditation requirements and standards,
  • ensuring that medical doctors are equipped with the necessary knowledge and expertise to provide treatment,
  • striving for full employee identification with the Hospital,
  • making continuous efforts to meet the requirements of accreditation standards and maintain the accreditation certificate,
  • maintaining and improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System under the requirements of PN-EN ISO 9001:2015-10,
  • integrating the requirements into the Quality Management System and the Hospital Accreditation Programme,
  • continuously and comprehensively developing the Hospital's activities in the organization of medical services,
  • maintaining economic efficiency and creating the best possible conditions to ensure further development of the Hospital.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Hospital, I declare my complete dedication, as well as that of the entire hospital personnel, to the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System and meeting the accreditation standards. By responding to the needs and suggestions of our patients, we aim to enhance the level of care, treatment, and overall comfort of their stay.

I oblige all employees to uphold the principles of the Quality Policy within their work positions and to display initiative in continuously improving processes and services.
