Order Our Paid Medical Transport Services

We are pleased to offer a new service tailored to our Patients' needs. This service allows Patients the option to order paid medical transport, either after their treatment at the PIM MSWiA or when traveling to the Institute for planned examinations and consultations.

How Does the Service Work?

Our comprehensive service comprises several key features: collecting the patient from the clinic or department and transporting them to their home; ambulance transport to the specified destination; administering required medical procedures during transport, carried out by a trained emergency medical team with the appropriate scope; conveying the patient from the ambulance directly to their home or the place of consultation.

How Can I Request Paid Ambulance Services?

Call us at (22) 508 15 00.

Provide the following essential information: your name, surname, contact telephone number; the pickup location for the patient; the intended destination for transport; any pertinent medical details (such as the need for oxygen, requirement for a supine position during transport, etc.).

  • Inform us of the most suitable date and time for the transport.
  • Our dispatcher will inform you about transport availability and the associated cost.
  • The paramedic team will reach the destination within the specified timeframe (options include transport on a stretcher or transport chair).
  • The paramedics will assist the patient to get in or out of the ambulance.
  • Payment for the transport can be made in cash directly to the ambulance driver, and a bill will be issued for the commissioned service.
  • The patient will be taken to the specified address and directly to their home.
  • For cases involving transport to consultations or examinations, you have the flexibility to arrange for transport at a later time.
