Polish defence companies at DALO Industry Days in Herning

Representatives of the Polish defence sector took part in DALO Industry Days 2026 in Herning, one of the leading defence industry events in Northern Europe, showcasing innovative technologies and exploring opportunities for closer cooperation with Danish partners.
From 19 to 20 August, Herning hosted this year's edition of DALO Industry Days, bringing together defence industry representatives, public institutions, and experts from across Europe and beyond. The event provided a platform for presenting technologies, exchanging expertise, and strengthening international cooperation in the security and defence sector.
Poland was strongly represented at the event by companies showcasing a broad range of capabilities and innovative solutions developed by the Polish defence industry. Many of the participating firms specialize in dual-use technologies, designed for both civilian and defence applications, reflecting the growing importance of innovation and technological adaptability in today's security environment.
Several Polish companies attended the event as part of a business mission organised by the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH). The initiative aimed to support contacts between Polish and Danish industry representatives and to create new opportunities for business and technological cooperation.
The event offered participants an opportunity to discuss current challenges facing the defence sector and to explore areas for future collaboration. In the context of the evolving security situation in Europe, international cooperation, technological innovation, and the exchange of expertise remain essential for strengthening resilience and developing capabilities needed to address both current and emerging challenges.
