Young scientists conference and a meeting at the Embassy of Poland

On 25 September, the “Science: Polish Perspectives Meetup Copenhagen. The Technologies of Tomorrow” conference was held at the Technical University of Denmark, jointly organized by BioFrontiers Association and Polonium Foundation in cooperation with the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Copenhagen.

The aim of the event was to strengthen the network of Polish scientific diaspora, promote scientific expertise, expand the Polish-Danish scientific collaborations within innovative and modern sectors of the economy. During the conference, the speakers gave lectures on various topics, including robotics, machine engineering, digitalization, and virology in the face of combating the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. Vice-Consul Joanna Rataj represented the Embassy of Poland at the conference.

The scientific conference was preceded by an informal networking event at the Embassy of Poland on September 24th, opened by chargé d’affaires a.i. Mateusz Mońko. Numerous researchers and scientists from various countries attended the event.
