Bureau of Archives and Information Management

The Bureau of Archives and Information Management creates the organisational culture for the compiling and optimum utilisation of the knowledge base on Poland’s foreign policy.

It prepares internal communication standards and oversees the proper use of the IT environment created for the purpose of information management. The Bureau also records and stores documents relating to the Ministry’s activity in the MFA archives and makes them available for research.
