Accredited journalists are requested to arrive between 3:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.

OB vans may be installed until 2:00 p.m. (entry through Chinese Gate).

 

Access to the event will be possible for:

 •           a maximum of 3 TV station representatives (reporter, camera operator, sound engineer)

•           1 person from radio stations

•           a maximum of 2 people (including a photojournalist) from press outlets

•           a maximum of 2 people (including a photojournalist) from news outlets

Due to the fact that the meeting takes places in historic premises, you are kindly asked to remain particularly cautious when moving around the Palace’s interior.
