Minister Rau meets with the President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly on the sidelines of the OSCE Ministerial Council in Stockholm

On 3 December, in the margins of the OSCE Ministerial Council in Stockholm, Poland’s Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau met with President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe Margareta Cederfelt.
Minister Zbigniew Rau presented Poland’s position, as the OSCE future chair, on key issues currently on the Organisation’s agenda to the President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly (OSCE PA). He emphasised major involvement of Polish MPs in the work of the OSCE PA and the role the Assembly plays in the implementation of the Organisation’s goals, including in strengthening security and cooperation in its area.
Wishing success to Minister Rau in the upcoming chairmanship of the Organisation, Margareta Cederfelt presented the most important areas of the OSCE’s activity from the point of view of the Parliamentary Assembly.
