On 13-14 February, Warsaw will host the Ministerial to Promote a Future of Peace and Security in the Middle East, co-organized by Poland and the United States.

Accredited photojournalists and camera operators with POOL are requested to arrive between 4:30 p.m. and 5:15 p.m. Entry from Jezuicka Street.

THURSDAY, 14 FEBRUARY

The assembly for each POOL will be at the press centre, by the way out to staircase 11 (K11), 20 minutes prior to each press point. The assembly for press conference will be at 3:45 p.m.

Accredited journalists are requested to arrive between 6:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. It will be possible to enter the PGE Narodowy Stadium through gate 1 (level -4), and then staircase 10 (K10).

On 13 February, OB vans may be installed between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. (TV Compound/karting track; entry through gate 8 from Siwca Street).

Dismantling on 14 February: between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Press centre (level -1) will be open between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

 

Access to media points for photo opp will be possible for:

 •            a maximum of 1 photojournalist from press outlets

•             a maximum of 1 photojournalist from news outlets

•             a maximum of 1 operator from TV stations

 

 Access to the press conference will be possible for:

 •            a maximum of 3 TV station representatives (reporter, camera operator, sound engineer)

•             1 person from radio stations

•             a maximum of 2 people (including a photojournalist) from press outlets

•             a maximum of 2 people (including a photojournalist) from news outlets

 

PLEASE NOTE: Due to considerable interest in the event and as a precaution, the organizers reserve the right to limit the number of media organizations attending specific media points. At the same time, TV stations and other media outlets are kindly requested to reduce the number of people covering the event at the PGE Narodowy Stadium.
