Republic of Poland condemns the attack on civilian targets in the province of Dohuk which took place on 20 July 2022 leaving many wounded and several dead. Protection of civilians is of utmost importance  and must enjoy the highest priority under all circumstances. We offer our condolences to the families of the victims and to the Iraqi people. Poland reiterates its commitment to the sovereignty and the stability of Iraq.
