The high-level Advisory Group for Emerging and Disruptive Technologies was set up following a decision taken by heads of state and government at a meeting in London in December 2019. The group will be tasked with advising NATO on emerging and disruptive technologies and their strategic implications. The members of the group are appointed for a two-year term, which can be renewed once. Apart from Poland, the group brings together representatives of Bulgaria, Canada, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
