Acting Permanent Representative of Poland to the EU
Mr. Piotr Serafin was the Director of Transport, Telecommunications and Energy at the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union (2020-2023) and the Head of the Cabinet of the President of the European Council, Mr. Donald Tusk, in the years 2014-2019. Previously, in 2012-2014, he held the position of Secretary of State for European Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He was a Deputy Head of Cabinet for the EU Commissioner for Financial Programming and Budget (2010-2012). In 1999-2010 he worked at the Office of the Committee for European Integration.
