"The Coalition of the Willing's first military exercises, involving British and French forces, will take place in Poland this autumn. The maneuvers will strengthen allied states' readiness to act together for the security of the region and of Ukraine," Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced in Paris at the closing of a meeting of Coalition of the Willing leaders.

On 13 July, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski attended the Foreign Affairs Council (FAC) in Brussels. During the meeting, heads of diplomacy discussed the need to supply energy to Ukraine and to increase pressure on the Kremlin. Talks also revolved around the terror against the civilian population detained by Russians, and the crisis in the Middle East. The Council also expressed its support for Armenia in the context of strengthening its resilience to hybrid threats.

"Poland is Europe's champion when it comes to investing in space and the future," Prime Minister Donald Tusk said after the European Space Agency announced that another of its centers will be established in Warsaw. It is the first such center outside the group of the Agency's founding states. This strategic decision confirms Poland's growing role in the European space sector and in building Europe's security and technological sovereignty.

On 25-26 June, the Permanent Representation of Poland to the EU hosted the "All Hands on Deck against FIMI" conference in Brussels. The event gathered a large audience of MEPs, European Commission, and EEAS officials, alongside Member States diplomats, NGO representatives, academia, and think-tank experts.

"We are here together in the E5 format to confirm that our countries will safeguard European and transatlantic unity," said Prime Minister Donald Tusk after a meeting in Berlin with the leaders of Germany, France, the United Kingdom and Italy. The future of Europe, Ukraine and the entire Western world will depend on the ability to preserve that unity.

"Everything depends on whether we return to a way of working based on trust and mutual loyalty," said Prime Minister Donald Tusk during the first meeting of the Visegrád Group heads of government in two years. He stressed that the V4, made up of Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary, can once again play an important role in shaping the European debate, especially in key areas such as energy, migration, cohesion policy, and agriculture.

Continued support for Ukraine, increased pressure on Russia, and stronger security along the European Union's eastern flank were among the key outcomes of the European Council summit in Brussels. "Europe's task is to support Ukraine so that it can continue to effectively resist Russian aggression," Prime Minister Donald Tusk said. EU leaders agreed, among other measures, to extend sanctions against Russia for another year and adopted a new strategy to strengthen the protection of the EU's external borders.

Deputy Prime Minister Radosław Sikorski took part in the Foreign Affairs Council (FAC) meeting in Luxembourg, where he called for the tightening of sanctions against the Kremlin in response to its intensification of attacks on Ukraine and hybrid operations in Europe. During the talks on regional security, he presented the White Paper on Russian Acts of Sabotage and Subversion against Members of the Council of the Baltic Sea States to his EU partners and urged for a tough response to Moscow as well as unequivocal support for Armenia's West-oriented agenda and stabilisation in the Middle East.
