Poland in the EU

We call for increasing the EU involvement in the countries of the Southern Neighborhood during the COVID-19 pandemic – said the chief of Polish diplomacy. As regards the Middle East Peace Process, Minister Jacek Czaputowicz agreed with the position of most member states that unilateral annexation of the territory would be a violation of international law. He also advocated maintaining the common position of the European Union and continuing the dialogue with the parties of the conflict, the United States and Arab states.

During the meeting, ministers also discussed the situation in the Eastern Mediterranean, the Western Balkans and Sudan.

The head of Poland’s diplomacy also called for the organization of the Eastern Partnership summit with participation of all member states in order to send strong signal of European Union’s support for the entire region.
