Agreement of the parties

The employment relationship may be terminated by mutual agreement (that is contract) of the parties. Any contract of employment may be terminated on this basis. It may be terminated at any agreed date. In this case, the restrictions imposed on the employer upon termination of the contract of employment (e.g. concerning periods of protection against dismissal) are not applicable.
