A graduate of law at the University of Wrocław and philosophy at the University of Warsaw, and an Erasmus scholar at the University of Oslo. A PhD student in the humanities, specialising in philosophy, at the Polish Academy of Sciences. A lawyer and a manager with experience in regulatory oversight, compliance and providing legal services to entities operating in regulated markets. An expert in the area of competition and consumer protection, public procurement and personal data protection.
He worked at the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and in the private sector in the area of legal services and regulatory compliance. Co-founder of the nationwide network of urban civic organisations. From January 2026, a representative of the Minister competent for social security at the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
At the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy, he coordinates and supervises the performance of tasks by the Office of Director General (BDG), the Legal Department (DP), the Control and Audit Office (BKA), the Ministry Service Office (BOM) and the IT Department (DI).
