It is 300 PLN for a school starter kit for each child learning. - This year the applications will be submitted only online. For this purpose we can use e-banking, Empatia portal or PUE ZUS.     The concept of de-institutionalisation assumes a shift from institutional care to care provided in the family environment and local community. It has been included in the “Strategy for the development of social services” prepared at the Ministry of Family. The document has just been referred for consultation.

    On 15 June, the Council of Ministers adopted a draft regulation amending the rules for the call for applications to the “Good Start” programme for the 2021/2022 schoolyear. According to them, from now on, the applications can only be submitted electronically and the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) will handle the fully automated process. The call according to the new rules will start pursuant to a regular schedule – on 1 July and will end on 30 November.
