Reasons attributable to the employer:

  • a serious breach of the employer’s basic duties (such as the obligation to pay the employee the full amount of remuneration on a timely basis, to provide the employees with safe and hygienic working conditions),
  • if a medical certificate is issued stating the work’s harmful effects on the health of the employee and the employer does not transfer the employee, within the time limit specified in the medical certificate, to a different job appropriate for their health condition and professional qualifications.
